For the duration of the winter 14-hole competitions, a points deduction system will operate for prize winners. 

Depending on the number entries, a number of category prizes may be awarded.

Categories: The cutoff point for each category will vary slightly from week to week depending on the total number of competition entries and the handicap profile of the entire field.

Penalties: Each overall or category winner will incur a 2 shot penalty with a 1 point penalty for each overall/category second place. All penalties are cumulative and will remain in force until we revert to 18 hole competitions in the Spring.
